Key staff at Buccleuch Arms win People of Excellence Awards

We are so proud that two members of our staff have received recognition through Scottish Hotel Awards as ‘People of Excellence’ for outstanding work here at The Buccleuch Arms. A delighted Rachael Hamilton said:

“We are proud that Head Chef, Gareth Gilder and Office Manager, Denise Scott, two key people within our organisation have been recognised for their excellent contribution to their at The Buccleuch Arms. Both Gareth and Denise have flourished in their roles as managers and show a good example to the rest of the team. Denise is efficient and organised and provides our customers with a seamless service and Gareth leads up a kitchen brigade of seven showing motivation and leading by example. Gareth is creative and constantly keeps the bar and Blue Coo Bistrot menus up to date with seasonally produced food and locally supplied goods”
